End User Licence Agreement
This End User Licence Agreement applies to LoadMate, provided by Curley Brackets Engineering.
Licence
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use LoadMate on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and this agreement.
Use of the app
LoadMate is provided for informational and planning purposes only. Users remain responsible for ensuring that caravan loading, payload, towing and operation remain within manufacturer guidance and legal limits.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Curley Brackets Engineering does not guarantee that calculations, estimates or information will be complete, accurate or suitable for every situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curley Brackets Engineering shall not be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from use of the app or reliance on information provided by the app.
